Tuoyo is a venture capital investor with over 20 years of finance and investment experience along with a deep commitment to healthcare, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He was a founding team member of Zaffre Investments, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts' ("BCBSMA") venture subsidiary. At Zaffre, he managed the financial and day-to-day operations of the firm, while also serving on the boards of several portfolio companies. Previously, he established BCBSMA's strategic investments program. He led all aspects of mergers and acquisitions activity and sourced, executed and oversaw transactions of over $200 million in early to growth stage companies.
