Molly joined Seae Ventures after spending time at the intersection of healthcare, finance and philanthropic work. She most recently worked at Jefferies in their Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Jefferies, Molly worked at Aegis Ventures and co-founded a non-profit, ibRecruit, to support women in finance. She is energized by healthcare inefficiencies and inequities, where high need drives meaningful innovation.
