Jason has had a rich and diverse career in healthcare that affords him broad perspective in his work at Seae Ventures. Immediately prior to co-founding Seae, Jason served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) as well as the President and CEO of Zaffre, a wholly-owned subsidiary and venture-arm of BCBSMA. He was formerly an executive vice president for Health Dialog, an international health care analytics company, principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting; vice president at Imagitas, a targeted marketing firm; and vice president and president at Ceridian Performance Partners Canada.
